The co-op isn’t perfect, but there’s good content and a lot of fun to be had.
Uncharted 3 is an impressive package, and an easy recommendation. Before launch, the previews and screenshots for the game gave off the impression that it was meant to be an expensive tech demo.
In any case, here we are again: a mostly-fantastic single-player experience mixed with solid competitive modes and a robust, but not always satisfying slate of co-op options. When Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune was released on the PlayStation 3 in 2007, which was almost ten years ago, I never expected it to be the beginning of what would become one of Sony’s largest franchises. Uncharted 4: A Thiefs End blends its gameplay, characters, and world into a magnificent whole, making it the best game in the series, and a new watermark for storytelling. Now, I love my co-op partners, but not THAT much. I don’t know if you’re randomly assigned one to start out, but in my local co-op play, roughly a third of my screen was taken up by bright pink hearts. There is a baffling design decision in the way splitscreen is implemented, however: Though the slightly offset horizontal split has been done before, for some reason, the empty space in the UI this causes has been filled in with each player’s multiplayer emblem. The online modes are not strictly drop in/out, but if you have one person drop out of a game, the matchmaking system will allow you to enter games in progress. You can even mix splitscreen players into your LAN party! I know of a few community members who will be pleased to hear that. In addition to the enhanced systems, Uncharted 3 also provides you with a large dichotomy in locations from the deserts in Yemen, to a decrepit French Chateau making the story seem far grander than previous games.Where the co-op implementation shines is in the breadth of options available for players. Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception is a 2011 action-adventure game developed by Naughty Dog and published. While many of the systems and mechanisms of previous Uncharted games are seen in Uncharted 3, the game expands on each of these systems providing more engaging puzzles, combat, and traversal providing an engaging experience. IGN defines a 10.0 - a masterpiece - as the pinnacle of gaming, a masterpiece may not be flawless, but it is so exceptional that.

When solving puzzles you'll need to frequently reference Drake's journal which is filled with notes and clippings that will provide valuable advice on how to solve each puzzle. Combat is required to pass enemies from the order, while puzzles are required to get closer to finding Ubar. Like other games in the series, play is a mix of combat and puzzle-solving. Notably, Nate and Elena, who seem to become estranged since their engagement at the end of Uncharted 2, this additional layer of the narrative brings the player into Nate's personal life, beyond that of a death-defying treasure-hunter, showing a more flawed and real character. However, the dynamics between some of the characters have changed since last seen in Uncharted 2. Its like shooting bags of sands that are shooting back at you. The reaction is minimal & it does not matter where you shoot them.

Uncharted 3 brings back many of the series beloved characters such as Victor Sulivan, Chloe Frazer, and Elena Fisher. Also, something annoyed me at the beginning is how the enemies react to being shot: they dont. Against a secret order centuries old, you once again need to run, climb, jump, and shoot your way to be the one who finds Ubar and its secrets first. Of course, you're not the only one looking for it. In Uncharted 3 you once again take the role of Nathan Drake, treasure hunter, in the hunt for the lost city Ubar (also known as Atlantis of the Sands). Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is an action-adventure game and the third entry in the Uncharted series.
